Flagstar at Westbury Music Fair is a non-smoking venue. Smoking of cigarettes and/or electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside. During events, there is a smoking section set up outside of the venue's deck in order to accommodate smoking patrons. 

Unless directed by the artist, all shows are personal discretion on age to enter; 21+ for alcohol, will ID at the bars. 

Must be 21 to drink with a valid license, passport or equivalent. Any patron in the possession of alcoholic beverages on premises may be requested at any time to produce valid identification.

No refunds will be offered for confiscated alcoholic beverages. Any patron who presents false identification or who passes alcohol to a minor may be subject to eviction and arrest.

We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time. We will not serve any patron whom we believe to be intoxicated.

Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or removed from these premises. Any patron in possession of alcoholic beverages not obtained on premises will be subject to eviction.

Our policies are in place for your protection, as well as ours.

Will Call is located at the box office, directly in front of the venue. Customers need to bring a Photo ID, the credit card utilized to make their ticket purchase, and their confirmation number in order to pick up tickets. Tickets should be picked up directly by the purchaser.

Yes, and it is included in the price of your ticket. We also have premier parking & valet available for a fee for most of our events (see Upgrades section)

In the event our lot is full, we will utilize a satellite parking lot on Brush Hollow Road. Parking attendants will be able to direct you upon your arrival.

Our concession stand sells popcorn, pretzels, chicken fingers, fries, nachos, assorted candy & chips, various beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” - All bags will be subject to search prior to entry & bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search

Weapons of any kind - Flagstar at Westbury Music Fair does NOT allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.

Each show is different, we’d recommend arriving early to check out what’s available!

Re-Entry is not permitted. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket. Our security guards are happy to answer any questions about this policy Day of Show.
